All funding for Pastors to Prisoners is from individual donations or contributions from local churches. Pastors to Prisoners does not have Corporate Sponsors. 100% of all funding for Pastors to Prisoners goes directly to the ministry. Pastors to Prisoners is a 501(c)(3) non-profit run entirely by volunteers.
For those who have participated in prison ministry or been the recipient of the love shown by the volunteers they have encountered, it is difficult to not be passionate about its effect on the incarcerated and the power of the Holy Spirit. This is certainly the case for those who have worked as Yard Pastors, participated in other ministries facilitated by Yard Pastors, or have family or friends that found the love of Jesus Christ because of their interaction with Yard Pastors while incarcerated.
It is often the desire of family and friends who have a loved one who has passed on who had been inspired or helped through the work of Pastors to Prisoners do have a way of honoring the departed. For this purpose, Pastors to Prisoners has set up this memorial donation section on their website. All donations will go toward the work of Yard Pastors in reaching the incarcerated.
